Be sure to let me know that the exact error you're receiving is the Code 43 error in Device Manager.

Also, please let us know what steps you've already taken to try to fix the problem.

The Code 43 error is one of several Device Manager error codes.

It's generated when Device Manager stops a hardware device because the hardware reported to Windows that it's having some kind of unspecified problem.

It’s called Cydia Impactor, and it’s an on-device tool that lets you remove and revert all changes made to a device to return it to its stock configuration.

Unlike Apple servers, Cydia or Saurik's server signs the IPSW with ECID of your i Device even when Apple releases new firmware.

Unfortunately, Saurik's server do not saves SHSH blobs for any i Device until it is requested to do so.

If you do not have SHSH blobs saved on Saurik's server and Apple has stopped signing ECID for the firmware to which you want to downgrade, in this case you CAN NOT downgrade firmware on your i Device EVER.

Since owning my i Phone I’ve had this happen to me a couple of times now, I plug in my i Phone to do a sync and recharge and get a message telling me “An i Phone has been previously synced with this computer” and gives me the options of setting it up as a new phone, or restoring from a previous back up.

Neither of these options describe what I want, as I don’t have it back up on every sync I would lose too much data, and I certainly don’t want to start fresh.
